Reduce half the level of contribution to the occupational accident insurance fund

According to Decree 44/2017 / ND-CP dated 14/04/2017 of the Government stipulating compulsory social insurance premiums to the insurance fund for labor accidents and occupational diseases, with effect from the date of 1/6, Monthly employers pay laborers and occupational disease insurance funds according to the provisions in Clause 3, Article 44 of the Law on Occupational Safety and Hygiene with the following adjustment levels:

Reduction from 1% to 0.5% of the salary fund used to pay social insurance contributions of employees specified in Points a, b, c, d, e and h, Clause 1, Article 2 of the Law on Social Insurance, 2014 ( Except the object is the maid).

New regulations on medical supplies are covered by health insurance

On 14/04/2017, the Ministry of Health issued Circular No. 04/2017 / TT-BYT on the promulgation of the list and the ratio and conditions of payment for medical supplies within the scope of entitlement of people. To participate in health insurance, the total payment of medical supplies for one use of technical services shall not exceed 45 months of base salary.

If the monthly salary for a month is 1,210,000, if the patient is a participant in the health insurance with 100% of the cost of medical examination and treatment, the payment rate is 45 x 100% x 1,210,000 = VND 54,450,000.

In cases where the insured person is entitled to 95% of the cost of medical examination and treatment but insufficient time to participate in health insurance for 5 consecutive years, the payment will be 45 x 95% x 1,210,000 = VND 51,727,500 ...

The list of medical supplies covered by health insurance participants is the basis for the health insurance fund to pay the medical supplies used by the insured under the law on health insurance.

If the insured person is admitted to the hospital before the effective date of Circular No. 04/2017 / TT-BYT dated 1/6/2017 and discharged into the hospital within or after the effective date of this Circular, In this Circular.

No health insurance will be charged higher medical fees
