Hien is currently a Senior Risk Manager at Kiwibank and previously worked as a Risk Manager at ICBC New Zealand. To comply with Basel 3 standards, she specializes in risk modelling, capital adequacy management, IRRBB, and liquidity stress testing.
Used to be Deputy Chief Risk Officer in OCB bank, she led the successful completion of the Basel 2 implementation project that made OCB to be the first Vietnamese bank complying with this international standard.
As a former Valuation Manager in KPMG Vietnam, Hien Le participated in researches, financial projection, and evaluation of many companies in various industries from advertising, manufacturing, real estate, financial to e-commerce and their intangible asset such as labor force, brand name, goodwill. Hien Le has a bachelor's degree in corporate finance from the Economic University of Ho Chi Minh and a master's degree in actuarial science from the Institute of Finance and Actuaries (ISFA) in France.
